Jim is from Ayrshire, he is a Quantity Surveyor with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and an LLM in Construction Law and has worked in the Construction Industry for over 35 years.

JAAC Development Services has been running now for over a decade, helping many varied types of businesses save money on their Utility Bills, from small offices, take-aways, restaurants, farmers and light to heavy industrial customers.

Jim is based in Ayrshire, Scotland but can offer his services UK wide.
